Dimensional control by Photogrammetry
By rectifying images, removing optical distortion and with the help of suitable vision algorithms we are able to carry out measurements of every geometric property of a given product (length, width, radius, curvature, angle etc.).
Measurement systems with laser emitters allow us to carry out profile-metric analysis useful for various purposes. For example, it can be used to measure the bending angle during the production of aluminum sheets with measurement accuracy of ±0.05°
The use of 3D scanning tools allows us to get the measurements of an object in its entirety. This type of measurement is essential when you want to measure volumetric dimensions or three-dimensional characteristics such as sphericity.
We offer very high precision and reliability photogrammetry systems for checking the tolerances of each individual piece.
Through the use of 3D scanners (also developed ad-hoc) we supply systems and software to get volume measurement and volumetric characteristics.
With the use of laser systems for profilometric reconstruction, we develop applications for the calculation of the radius during and after the production phases.
